Jay combines her 20 plus years of clinical expertise in private practice with an evidence informed and highly contemporary practice. She has specialised expertise in conditions of the lumbo-pelvic region, complex hips, tendinopathy, thorax/rib and neck/shoulder regions. She is adept at unpacking complex and recurrent presentations, and explaining to her patients the primary causes and effective treatment plans for long term solutions. She has undertaken extensive mentoring with Dr Barb Hungerford, in addition to having completed the full series of AMTA courses in integrated approaches to the spine, pelvis, neck and thorax, plus studied Real Time Ultrasound techniques, Alison Grimaldi’s hip approach, and lower limb tendinopathy treatment.
