Harkness Center for Dance Injuries, NYU Langone Medical Center

What we offer

Harkness Center for Dance Injuries specializes in injury prevention and treatment for all levels of dancers. We are a team of medical doctors, physical therapists, athletic trainers, and researchers who work with professional, pre-professional, and recreational dancers of all disciplines. Our physical therapists utilize manual techniques, neuromuscular retraining, and individualized guidance for improving strength, flexibility, and conditioning as needed to treat our patients from a biopsychosocial perspective.

Non-dancers may contact Dr. Plumer-Holzman directly at sarah.plumer-holzman@nyulangone.org to inquire about making an appointment.
