Jacinta graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy). Jacinta has previously worked as a remedial massage therapist and has also completed her Cert III and IV in fitness. Jacinta has completed further training in sports training, dry needling and APPI Pilates. Jacinta recently moved to the Mornington Peninsula, loves water sports and is an avid horse rider.
Jacinta tailors her osteopathic treatment to the needs of each individual, combining prevention strategies, manual treatment, education and exercise rehabilitation to help manage injuries. Completing additional training in Pilates, Jacinta uses this as an adjunct to osteopathic manual therapy as it can be tailored to suit nearly all individuals regardless of age or condition. Jacinta also has a particular interest in the biomechanics of horse riding and sporting injuries.
Jacinta is fully registered with the Osteopathy Board of Australia and with Osteopathy Australia.
