Dr. Alison Grimaldi continued teaching and presenting to hip pain professional around the world in 2024!

Dr Alison Grimaldi - Hip Pain Professional

Dr. Alison Grimaldi's dedication to research and academic writing remains strong, despite the considerable effort these tasks require. For over twenty years, she has generously volunteered her time to enhance the care options available to individuals in pain and to provide clinicians with critical insights. In 2024, she contributed to the advancement of knowledge in her field by publishing several research papers.

This year has been particularly exceptional for Alison, marked by opportunities to present at two major international conferences: IFOMPT (the International Federation of Orthopaedic Manipulative Physical Therapists) in Basel, Switzerland, and ISHA (International Society of Hip Arthroscopy) in Washington, D.C. These conferences, focused on musculoskeletal therapy and hip surgery/rehabilitation, allowed her to engage directly with peers and experts, deepening her professional relationships and expanding her own expertise.

In addition to her conference presentations, Alison continued to lead a wide range of online and in-person workshops in 2024. Her sessions on hip health reached diverse audiences in Australia, Canada, the United States, England, Switzerland, Norway, Italy, Latvia, and South Korea. With 2025 already on the horizon, Alison is actively planning her next series of workshops, both in Australia and internationally.

Furthermore, Alison was invited to share her knowledge on hip rehabilitation in two popular podcasts this year. These appearances provided her with a platform to discuss the latest developments and research in hip health, further contributing to the ongoing conversation in her field.
